Temperature switch for brake system in railroad cars
Rolls-Royce's Power Systems division develops sustainable solutions for propulsion and power generation. Contec has developed a customized temperature switch for the braking system of railroad cars and wagons for MTU's rail vehicle division. The project was completed in just 11 months, from the initial specification and the creation of a special connector using injection molding up to the finished product ready for series production.
With its many years of experience in the fields of temperature sensors and level switches, Contec offered a customized, uncomplicated and reliable solution.
